Biomass Pellet Durability Index Calculator

This calculator has been designed to assist farmers, pellet makers, and stakeholders to calculate the pellet durability index of biomass pellets.

By performing two steps, along with a 5-minute long tumbling test, you can measure the pellet durability and determine the grade of your pellets as either premium, standard, or utility-grade pellets.  Follow through the example below to learn how to use the calculator.
