Brewers Guide to Water and Beer Varieties will explore how to use an existing water source to make a variety of beer styles. Water comprises 90-95 percent of the beer we drink and is used to clean and sanitize operations. This event will explain how water impacts taste and how you can influence water composition.

This workshop is a partnership between Penn College of Technology, Penn State Extension, and Penn State Continuing Education.
