Are you interested in attracting beer tourists to your community? If so, Collaborating to Compete - Working Together to Enhance Beer Tourism is designed for you. Drawing upon research by both academics and professional consultants, this presentation will help you understand the demographics of beer tourists, the economic benefits that beer tourism can bring to your community, and strategies to attract beer tourists. It will also examine how craft breweries can work with other community stakeholders to enhance beer tourism to the mutual benefit of both.
