Our human senses are an irreplaceable instrument to ensure quality and enhance our enjoyment of foods and beverages. The sensory qualities of grains, hops, water, mash, beer, wine, or cider impact the consumers’ experience. During Develop Your Senses to Improve Product Quality and Flavor, you will learn to apply your senses to enjoy foods and beverages to the fullest and learn how the senses work together so that you can make the best use of inputs for controlling and understanding your products' preferred sensory attributes. This knowledge can also be shared with customers to enhance their tasting experience.

Be prepared to join a tasting exercise to demonstrate what was learned. Please try to have one of the following food products available during the webinar to experience your senses:
