The Dive Deeper Summit is a multi-state environmental education summit spotlighting innovative teaching about water. This biennial conference is for anyone who teaches youth about water, or anyone interested in educational tools and resources for teaching about water. For the first time ever, you will have a choice between in-person or virtual attendance!
Professional Development
Act 48 Hours will be provided to Pennsylvania Certified teachers for both in-person and virtual attendees. No indication of this is required during registration, but those desiring hours must bring their PDE ID# with them to the conference.
Virtual Conference Details
Virtual Attendance includes a full day of conference sessions. You will be able to enjoy a professionally streamed version of our keynote and general session speakers as well as a selected track of workshops. There will also be a special networking session exclusively for the virtual conference attendees. A special conference-in-a-box will be mailed to you in advance of the event so that you can participate in some of the hands-on activities that will take place during the workshops.Â
In order to receive the advanced mailing, you must register no later than Sep. 3, 2021.Â
In-Person Conference Details
In-Person Attendance includes a full day of conference sessions including your choice of concurrent session presentations, morning refreshments, lunch buffet, exhibits and networking, an opportunity to have your home drinking water tested, and more!

In-Person Exhibitors
Exhibitors will be provided one 8-foot table with skirting. Attendees will be encouraged to visit exhibits during registration, lunch, and at breaks throughout the day. This option includes admittance to in-person sessions, and it is limited to the first 10 to sign up.
Free Water Testing for In-Person Attendees
In-person conference participants will have the opportunity to bring a sample of their home drinking water to be tested. This educational testing will provide you with information about the safety of your drinking water. It is also an excellent way to learn about testing drinking water as a possible classroom activity for your students.

If a workshop or conference is at maximum capacity, can I be added to a waitlist?
Some workshops and conferences offer a waitlist option when they are at maximum capacity, and some do not. When the waitlist feature is offered, and a workshop or conference is at maximum capacity, you will be taken to a waitlist form after you click on the registration link. As spots become available, we offer them "first come, first served." If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted using the information you provided.
