The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (PDA) now has a public database that you can use to search for licensed businesses on its website. This database includes all active pesticide businesses licensed with PDA. Individuals can search for businesses by category, county, and/or name.
The purpose of the site is to provide you with a way to find licensed pesticide businesses that provide pest control services. If a company's pesticide business license is out of compliance, it will not show up in the database.
The website can be found by going to Pennsylvania Department of Ag website, highlighting the top right Plants, Land, & Water tab, selecting Pesticide from the drop down menu, and then clicking interactive Pesticide Business Map found in the linked text on that page.
To find companies that provide forestry pesticide applications select Forest Pest Control from the Category drop down menu. You can also narrow your search to just your County or surrounding counties using the County drop down menu and selecting the counties you would like searched. (Please note that this application is not formatted for mobile devices.)
