Stewardship Today for a Forested Tomorrow
5th Biennial Forest Landowners Conference
The James C. Finley Center for Private Forests at Penn State and its partners invite you to participate in the 2023 Forest Landowners Conference, an educational and networking opportunity for landowners and professionals. Our biennial two-day event is one of the largest of its kind in the Northeast, drawing over 600 attendees, most of whom are Pennsylvania forest landowners. We invite you to showcase your organization's commitment to sustainable forests and share your expertise/services by becoming a conference sponsor and/or exhibitor. As a sponsor or exhibitor, you will have valuable opportunities to increase your exposure, build relationships, and share your products, services, and resources with people caring for the health and vitality of our forests.
The Exhibit Hall will be open throughout the conference, with dedicated breaks and lunches occurring in the hall to facilitate interaction on both Friday and Saturday. Booth space includes a draped table and two chairs. Access to electricity is available on request, and wireless internet is available throughout the Conference Center. Information about the different levels of sponsorship packages is available under the More Info! tab found at top of the event page on the navigation bar.
About the conference
We look forward to welcoming hundreds of forest landowners, the forestry professional community, and our partners back to the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center in State College, PA, in 2023. As in past years, highlights of the conference will include opportunities for woodland owners, natural resources professionals, and others to interact, learn from one another, and add new ideas and resources to their forest stewardship "toolbox."
Regardless of background, experience level, or interests, attendees can choose from a broad range of presentation topics that will grow knowledge, build skills, and increase the enjoyment of their woods. These presentation sessions—plus engaging tours and workshops, inspiring speakers, and first-rate exhibits—offer an unparalleled opportunity for educational programming, networking, and support.
