Conflict Management When working with others, no matter the relationship, there will be conflict. Conflict in the workplace can be both positive and negative for a business; it all depends on how it is dealt with and handled. During Hiring and Retention: Managing Conflict and Providing Feedback, you will learn how to identify the sources of conflict and use a model for managing conflict more effectively and with fewer adverse outcomes. Providing Employee Feedback, this event is designed to give mentoring strategies for supervisors. Using various models representing the stages of the mentoring relationship, we provide tips and best practices to navigate each step. In the end, the participant will be more prepared to be a mentor in their organization and to provide constructive feedback to new employees.
