PA Department of Ag Warns of Bogus Seeds

The USDA and the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture are working to reduce potential environmental impact and economic concerns of residents receiving unsolicited seeds.

Across the United States and Pennsylvania residents are receiving packages they did not order from overseas containing unlabeled seeds. Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is warning residents to not plant or discard the seeds. If you receive these packages, you are urged to Report the package to the US Department of Agriculture's (USDA) confidential Antismuggling Hotline, 800-877-3835 or email SITC.Mail@aphis.usda.gov. USDA will provide further instructions.
