The Refining the Retail New Normal live webinar series will explore changes to the retail model for comfortable and safe shopping experiences post crisis. The Customer Experience webinar will review how our new systems such as curbside pick-up and online ordering are meeting customer expectations and how to refine these systems for the new normal of retail.

As we move further away from restrictions, will this continue? Curbside pickup, online and phone ordering, and delivery have become the new normal. How can we improve our logistics, point of sale, and communications to make our customers feel confident, secure, and comfortable with the new retail model?
