- 2 cups red seedless grapes
- 2 cups green seedless grapes
- 2 medium kiwis
- 2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2½ ounces baby arugula (about 4 cups)
- 1 lemon
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill or basil
- 3¼ cups broccoli florets (about 2 bunches)
- 1 medium red bell pepper
Pantry
- Olive oil
- 8 ounces whole-wheat pasta shells
- 1 can (15.5 ounces) no salt-added chickpeas
- Ground black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- White or regular balsamic vinegar
- Honey
- Non-stick cooking spray

- ½ cup shredded Romano cheese
- ¾ cup nonfat plain yogurt
- ½ cup crumbled plain or flavored reduced-fat feta cheese
