Fast Fruit Salad Recipe
A quick and tasty fruit salad using grapes, canned fruit and yogurt!

When preparing this recipe, start with clean countertops and utensils. Wash hands with soap and water. Wash whole, fresh grapes by gently rubbing under cold, running water. Prewashed, packaged items do not require further washing.Β
Ingredients
- Β½ cup canned pineapple chunks, packed in juice, drained
- Β½ cup canned mixed fruit, packed in juice, drained
- ΒΎ cup canned mandarin oranges, packed in juice, drained
- Β½ cup of grapes, cut in half
- Β½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons toasted flaked coconut
Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine pineapple, mixed fruit, mandarin oranges, grapes, and yogurt.
- Top with coconut.
