Stacy is a Senior Extension Educator with Penn State Extension Lancaster County. She holds a bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition Science and a master's degree in Food Science from The Pennsylvania State University. Her focus is on providing health and wellness and food safety educational programs, technical support, outreach presentations, and community programming.

Stacy oversees the LIFT, Let's Cook and Dining with Diabetes programs for Lancaster County. She co-leads the Everybody Walk Across Pennsylvania and Walk by Faith statewide programs. Stacy is a certified ServSafe instructor and proctor--teaching ServSafe in Lancaster, Chester, and York Counties. She teaches Cooking for Crowds: A Volunteers Guide to Safe Food Handling for consumer food safety and Home Food Preservation.
